Our Evolve EIA team provide transparent, defensible and balanced environmental planning advice to support clients with more complex planning applications.
Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) are required for projects that have the potential for ‘likely significant effects’ and are often subject to legal scrutiny. The EIA team at Evolve are therefore acutely aware of the importance of following robust and defensible processes that are Regulatory compliant, yet ensuring proportionality and delivering commercial focused solutions with a full understanding of any risk.
We advise and manage EIAs throughout the entire process from Screening and Scoping through to the production of Environmental Statements, Non-Technical Summaries and Further Environment Information where necessary.
Working collaboratively with the wider project team we bring together a wide range of technical inputs and ensure balanced and objective conclusions on likely significant effects and appropriate mitigation measures. Our holistic approach also ensures environmental considerations form an iterative part of the planning and development process.
As Environmental Statements are technical in nature, our aim is to provide a document that is easy for planning officers, statutory consultees and local communities to understand, to positively inform the decision-making process.
