Evolve worked with Keon Homes, Housing Plus Group and NHS Property Services to deliver a new Extra Care scheme in Shrewsbury, providing specialist accommodation for people over the age of 55.
Evolve guided the project through the pre-application and application stages, helping to shape a high-quality and sustainable design that responds sensitively to existing trees and neighbouring properties. The need for the scheme was justified using the Council's evidence base on specialist housing and local demographics.
