Evolve assisted Bloor Homes to achieve full planning consent on a brownfield site in Leicestershire. The scheme secured 119 new homes, the conversion of Queniborough Lodge and outbuildings to residential use, complemented by open space, including allotments and equipped play.
Evolve successfully argued the site qualified for Vacant Building Credit to remove the on-site affordable housing requirement and addressed the policy conflict at the time relating to an identified Area of Local Separation and settlement limits.
