Evolve assisted Bloor Homes to achieve outline planning consent on a Green Belt site in South Staffordshire. The scheme secures up to 150 new homes, a flood alleviation scheme and significant open space. In addition, the proposal reserves land for the delivery of a new health centre to serve the village and expansion land for the adjacent first school.
Evolve successfully argued the site qualified as grey belt, the golden rules were met and the scheme did not represent inappropriate development in the Green Belt.
