Evolve is working with Keon Homes and Bromsgrove District Council to deliver a new 72-bed extra care scheme on Birmingham Road between Lickey End and Bromsgrove.

Upon undertaking a detailed assessment against national planning policies, Evolve demonstrated that the site constitutes grey-belt land within a highly sustainable location with strong accessibility to Bromsgrove and Lickey End. The purpose-built development will provide self-contained accommodation, on-site care and communal facilities, promoting independent living and a high quality of life for residents.

Proudly working with Keon Homes, Evolve justified the need for the scheme using the Council's evidence base on specialist housing and local demographics. Evolve also guided the project through the pre-application and application stages, helping to shape a high-quality and sustainable design that notably retains the existing tree line along Birmingham Road and responds sensitively to its overall semi-rural context, including the relationship with neighbouring two-storey properties.
